Pleated Blinds, Perfect Fit
Pleated Blinds and Blackout Roller Blinds now added.
Roller Blinds significantly reduced in price.
A site design change, as time
goes by, you get to see where improvements to most things can be
achieved, generally for a year our site has remained static but
no less functional and we always invite our visitors to let us
know of anything we can do to make ordering blinds from us
easier. So here we are; presenting more improvements to
our site.
We have added a new section
"Roller Blinds" at this stage a variety of plain and patterned
roller blinds in a range of different colours have now been
added to the online shop.
The menu through-out every page
has been expanded to include - no matter where you are (other
than printer friendly pages) every section and sub section
within our site.
The order pages have now been
condensed to fit in even the smallest screen without scrolling.
Pop up tooltips have been added as helpful guides next to the
area in question.
Another record breaking year selling blinds online in 2009
and we are now in the process of updating our site once again to
include a new navigational structure as well as adding new
ranges of Venetian blinds.
In addition we plan to add Roller
Blinds to our shop in the coming weeks, we have already added a
Roller blind Design Idea Gallery in preparation for this.
No longer any need
to drill holes in your conservatory window frames to
fix blinds anymore
Pleated blinds for
both sides and roof windows are now available mounted in
clip-on frames that fit flush with the window frames.
These frames blend unobtrusively into the framework of
the conservatory covering the gap down either side of the
blind and enhance the overall look with a smooth and
professional finish.
Once you have seen it nothing else will do. If you can
measure accurately then you could fit these yourself.

After a very successful 2005 selling Venetian blinds online we
are now in the process of adding Vertical Blinds to our online shop.
Wooden blind choice updated across all 3 slat width sizes.
There has been a long gap since anything new
was noted on here, however over the last several months we have added in
excess of 70 different varieties and colours of Vertical Blinds offering
even more choice.
And just in the last month we have finished a
major task of making the blind slat image that was available - look like a
full Venetian blind, fitted over a window. the colours shown are
identical to the blind sample as this was the source the artists
impression was taken from.
We used a state of the art photographic
scanner and built over many hours a format to turn a single blind slat
measuring 4 inches long, into a fully presentable blind - with colour
coordinated cords and head rail. A very time consuming project we
feel it has brightened up our site very well. All the old images of the
slats we originally presented have been improved in this process. We
have also made all images of our aluminium blinds 3 times larger. We
plan to work on the wooden blinds in due course.

Continuing to improve our website and
offer more choice to our visitors, we are increasing the drop and width size ranges available.
This change will be completed through-out August
All wooden blinds are now available to buy
online within these new size ranges.
Wooden Blinds
Widths 60cm to 200cm
Drop 60cm to 300cm
Depending on the slat width some may not be
available when selecting a combination of large drops and large
widths.
We have started to implement these changes
within the aluminium blinds sections as well, These new sizes will
be:
Aluminium Blinds
Widths 46cm to 300cm
Drops 61cm to 309cm
Some selections will still carry the old size
range, however we will try to cater to your size requests if they are not
openly available online, just give us a call. We will update this section
when we have finished adding the new sizes across our entire range.
Over the last month we have improved our site in many ways. Regular
visitors will have noticed many changes and we hope you will agree, that
they are for the better.

Of course we welcome your feedback regarding
any aspect of our site or our products by using our "Customer
Feedback Form" which is a new addition to the site.
Our new navigational menu incorporates all
that our old menu did but this way we don't overload the page with too
many buttons which we felt initially offered too many choices. The
important links are now more prominent with easy access to all the others.
We have added a convenient "Add to Favourites"
button that we are pleased to say is seeing a lot of use.
We have added a "Tell a friend about this
site" form.
Images of Venetian blind slats have been
improved - generally made twice as large as before.
New helpful sections have been implemented and
a quick "help" link added to every product page. This new help page can
show you how to measure your windows and how to fit your blinds - amongst
many other things.
